Are custom-built clubs returnable?
Custom-built clubs are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. Because faults cannot be logged through the Returns Portal, you’ll need to contact us directly if you believe a custom club has a manufacturing fault.
Do you refund the original delivery charge?
We refund your delivery charge only if the item was faulty or we made a mistake with your order. If you choose to return only part of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return postage is deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

How long will my refund take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and checked. Refunds typically show in your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.
My order hasn’t arrived — when should I report it?
If your order hasn’t arrived, notify us as soon as possible, at an absolute maximum within 14 days of dispatch. Courier investigations may take up to 21 days, and replacements or refunds can only be issued once this process is complete.
Can I get a refund for my custom fitting fee?
Yes. If you purchase the recommended clubs after a fitting, your fitting fee is refunded according to our fitting policy: - 1-hour fitting (£50): refunded in full if your purchase is over £200, or 50% refunded for purchases under £200. - 2-hour...
