How do gift cards work?
At checkout, enter your gift card code in the same box used for discount codes. The value will be applied to your order total.
Can I use a gift card to pay for coaching?
Yes. Gift cards can be redeemed against coaching sessions when booking online by entering your code at checkout, or in-store by presenting your card in the pro shop.
Can gift cards be used in-store as well as online?
Yes. Gift cards are valid both online and in our pro shops.
What happens if I return an item bought with a gift card?
Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be credited back onto the same card.
How can I check my remaining gift card balance?
Please contact our customer service team and we’ll confirm the balance for you.
Do gift cards expire?
Yes. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I use more than one gift card on the same order?
Yes. You can redeem multiple gift cards at checkout if you wish.
Can I combine a gift card with a discount code?
Yes. You can use a discount code and a gift card together in the same order.
Can I buy a new gift card using an existing one?
No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?
Yes. You can purchase a gift card for someone else by entering their email address at checkout. The card will be emailed to them directly.
What happens if I lose my gift card code?
If you lose your code, please contact our customer service team. We can reissue your gift card to the original purchaser’s email address.
