How do I book a custom fitting session?
You can book a fitting online through our booking system or in person at the pro shop. Online booking is recommended to secure your preferred time and see all available options.
What is the cost of a custom fitting?

Is custom fitting necessary for all golfers?
Not every golfer needs a full custom fitting, but it can make a big difference to your game. If you want to improve consistency, accuracy, or distance, a fitting helps ensure your clubs are matched to your swing and body.

What fitting packages do you offer?
We offer two fitting packages: - 1-Hour Fitting (£50): Covers a single club type such as Driver, Fairway Wood, Irons, or Wedges. - 2-Hour Fitting (£90): Covers multiple club types or a full bag (excluding putter).
What should I bring with me to a fitting?
Bring your current clubs, golf shoes, and a glove if you use one. This allows the fitter to compare your existing set-up with new options.
Can I book a fitting at any location?
Yes. Fittings are available at all PARZ sites, so you can choose whichever location is most convenient for you.
Can I try different brands of clubs during the fitting?
Yes. You’ll have the chance to test clubs from a wide range of leading brands to find the best fit for your swing.
Can I get fitted for specific clubs only (e.g. driver or wedges)?
Yes. You can book fittings for a single club type, or opt for a two-hour full bag fitting if you’d like everything assessed in one session.
How long does it take to receive custom clubs after a fitting?
Lead times vary by manufacturer. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery time for your clubs.
Can I order clubs on the day of my fitting?
Yes. You can place an order immediately after your fitting session.
Can fittings be rescheduled or cancelled?
Fittings can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are not issued for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Do fittings come with any guarantee or adjustment period?
Custom clubs are covered by the standard product guarantee, just like all of our other items. Returns are not available on custom clubs, but if you are unhappy with the results, we offer a Refit service to help adjust your set-up. Settlement for...
Do WGC London members get free custom fitting sessions?
Yes. WGC London members are entitled to free custom fittings as part of their membership benefits.
Are there discounts on clubs if I buy after a fitting?
There are no additional discounts applied when buying after a fitting. However, your fitting fee is refunded in line with the refund rules, effectively making the fitting free if you purchase clubs.
